Eligibility for Returns


We accept returns on most sports clothing and accessorieswithin 30 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following criteria:


 Condition Requirements:

   •   Unworn and unwashed

   •   Free of stains, odors, or damage

   •   All original tags, labels, and packaging included

   •   Accessories must be unused and in original condition


 Items Not Eligible for Return:

   •   Worn, washed, or damaged items

   •   Underwear, socks, compression garments, or any items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

   •   Clearance or final sale items

   •   Customized or personalized gear



Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

   •   Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

   •   If the item was part of a promotion or bundle, the refund will reflect the adjusted discounted amount.



Exchanges


Need a different size or color?

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, as long as the item meets return eligibility requirements.

   •   Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.

   •   If the desired item is out of stock, we can offer a refund or store credit.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.



Return Shipping

   •   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

   •   We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
